Formed in January 2000, Still Small Noise started as an escape from the 'hum-drum-work day' between a guitarist and a drummer. Goofing around with a song that would become one the most popular we play.

A second guitarist was brought in and now the music sounded fuller, with more harmony and melody (and distortion), but was still lacking. A month later a bassist was found, and Lithium was formed. Our first show put us in front of over 600 people, and we preformed under our original name. Not too long after the show we found out that our name was already taken. The name Still Small Noise came from a biblical reference.

Pressure took it's toll and the band split in the summer of 2000.
